Newport High School PTSA Ski SWAP!
The Newport High School PTSA ski swap is a highly anticipated annual event, generally happening the second week of November falling around Veteran's Day.
This incredible undertaking requires Newport High school students and parents to work together to create a venue for the Eastside snow sport community to consign gently used, or purchase new ski equipment.
Students can earn volunteer hours AND gain a valuable understanding of customer service, working with a team, importance of personal presentation and attention to detail, all important things to practice for future employment.
Thank you to the Newport High School PTSA for their commitment to this event as proceeds raised go to fund all programs offered by the Newport High School PTSA, and THANK YOU to the MANY volunteers whose time and energy make this ski swap possible!
